3.1 Email Programs
Upon successful purchase of the Program, you will receive a series of emails delivered to the address you provided at checkout over a period of seven (7) days. Delivery begins promptly following confirmation of payment.

3.2 Digital Nature of the Product
All products sold by VeganMint are digital and delivered electronically. There are no physical shipments. You are responsible for providing a valid, accessible email address at the time of purchase.

3.3 Access Issues
If you do not receive your emails, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If you continue to experience delivery issues, contact us at info@veganmint.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

The Email Programs are priced starting at $7.99 USD at the time of this writing. Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in US dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We use secure, third-party payment processors; VeganMint does not store your full payment card information.

Due to the immediate digital delivery of our product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the Program has been delivered or access to the email series has been initiated.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on our part that prevented delivery. To request a review, email info@veganmint.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.
